Help identifying a bottle
Looking for some assistance in identifying this bottle/possibly perfume bottle and the name of the maker on the bottom. It's only 5" tall but is very heavy for it's size. I cannot make out the signature on the bottom but the date is 1884. Any input is welcome! Thanks

I feel pretty strongly that the date is 1984 not 1884 - consistent with my feeling that this is a modern art glass piece.
