Vintage glass chlorodine apothecary bottle
I have this apothecary bottle, and I just cannot find any information on it.
Front reads: Chlorodine Consumption Cure
Side 1: Dr Norton's
Side 2: Kent - Iowa (this is a very small town in SW Iowa... Almost just a community today, as I'm originally from the area)
I cannot see any markings on the bottom.
Does anyone have any information on this bottle?
Thanks!!!

Thanks for posting this - interesting bottle.
This one has two big upsides - it is a CURE which is a focus for lots of collectors, and it is from a small town in the Midwest. One cannot be an expert on every bottle out there but I suspect, like you seem to, that since this is from a small town, it is probably a scarce item. Could be. It probably is going to take an Iowa collector to help further on this, esp. with value. I could only provide a shoot-from-the-hip guesstimate.
And, in case you did not see this, here is at least a mention of your bottle: https://www.fohbc.org/wp-content/uploads/2014/07/Ioway_MedicinesP2.pdf
Thank you for your insight, Chris... And the link to the article! It was quite interesting.
