Does anyone know anything about these two bottles? no other marking except what is on the bottom.

What does all that writing say on the bottom? It is entirely illegible.
The D-126 mark is helpful - this is the Distiller # - more to follow.

yes they do
Well they are decanters used for liquor and that looks like a crown royal liquor symbol, so it was probably a box set at the state store "for you people not living in a f uped commonwealth wherever you buy hard liquor then" for xmas at some point. Maybe that can get you somewhere further
