What was this bottle used for
Bottle is 9 inches tall and approx 2 1/4 inches across. Has seam up the sides that stops at the neck of bottle. The word OUNCES is arched across top/side with ounces marked underneath it starting at 12 to 1 with 1/2 marking lines too. The bottom has no markings, but does have a distinct indentation. I'm sorry if these pics are not the right size. I'm not too computer savvy. I'm just interested in what this bottle was used for. Thank you.

Hello and welcome. It is an infant nursing bottle - before the days of plastic, they were made of glass. The top would be fitted with a rubber nipple. See more examples:
