What Ross's Belfast green bottle is this?

Need some help identifying this bottle. I have seen lots of torpedo bottles - looks like from the same period but I haven't seen any like this. It has a blob top - seam finishes under top, so mold blown, and stands up. Can anyone tell me about it? Thanks! ?
