Sealed bottle of Bacardi Rum with Federal Prohibition mark

I found this in my parents belongings. Is there value to a sealed, unopened bottle of Bacardi Rum with the federal markings on it? This bottle was originally a military ration (from what i understand)

Definitely a value but not to antique bottle collectors. (not that we do not like our alcoholic drinks :-)
Full bottles of liquor are an entirely different collector market.
