I am by no means an expert on Guinness beer bottles of the 20th century - have seen a few however and the bottle itself is different. It's a shape which is often called a "hock wine" and by bottle alone, I would date it to late 19th or early 20th century. Earlier examples would have had a pontil or punty mark - the base here mimicks that earlier tendency to "kick up" the base.
