I am inclined to think that you have an old hand blown bottle based upon the many bubbles and what I believe are sand grit in the glass. These 2 problems were mainstays of early glass making - ie before the mid 19th C. Also the underside is suggestive of age. Keep in mind that people and firms imitate old methods to recreate (and fake) the past - ie I am only providing possibilities which may be mistaken. The other reason I think it is an older bottle is the applied ring forming something of a cartouche. it's a nice bottle.
