Burnett's bottle, can't seem to find any information

I found this old Burnett's bottle and makers mark tells me it from the Anchor Hocking Glass Co. I know it has to be older then the 1930's because that it when they opened, and this bottle is deffinitely molded. The bottle has the shape of a medicine bottle and is amber in color. It also has what looks like a series number of L-662. I haven't been able to truely identify it and would love to know what I have. Can anyone help?

  • Perhaps but we need a photo and more precise information. Precisely what is embossed on the bottle? Photo or drawing of numbers and marks on base + how far up neck does mold seam go would also be helpful.
  • Forgot to mention that this is likely to be a Burnett's Extracts bottle - this Massachusetts company produced a line of food products including flavoring extracts.

    See this Burnett's history page.
  • I can't see if the lip has a seam all the way around, the lid is rusted on and I can't get it off, ill get some links posted of the pictures a little later today.
