Question Concerning Glass Bottle Found with Measuring Markings
Years ago I found this bottle that was the shape of an older 50/60s pop bottle but had a circular/protruding line on the inside of the glass approximately and 1/2 inch from the neck. The glass was a clear/white glass. I though at fist that it was a measuring glass although there were not markings indicating measuring markings. In addition to the large circular protrusion there was an indented line coming off the circular line vertically to the bottom of the bottle. I do apologize if this description is not helpful but I was always curious what kind of bottle this was. I found it in north central Pennsylvania.
