Clear ribbed bottle

Hi All,


I am having a hard time placing one I found recently. The bottle does have a unique scalloped opening, a seam all the way up the neck, and the following numbers on the bottom.

D-126 3

55 61

I am unable to decipher the text around the outside of the bottom. My guess is some type of liquor bottle, but just not sure.

    That small text may say FEDERAL LAW FORBIDS SALE OR REUSE OF THIS BOTTLE.


    If so, this is a liquor bottle of some type. Mid 20th century.
