One can say, in general, that this is a mid 20th century, machine-made aspirin or other medicinal pill bottle. Perhaps I can be a bit more specific with your further details.

I pulled this second photo from your other post. From this we an say Owens Illinois manufacture.
The bottle still has the cotton in it.
