I think this is an English bottle -- at least, that is where (eBay.UK) I've seen them sold. I don't remember what they sold for . . . You might check the completed auctions. I'd like a bottle like this, but USA collectors tend to discriminate generally against foreign bottles. I estimate 20 - 40 pounds.
