Blue Diamond Ribbed design - V stamped

Hello,

I am not sure what kind of bottle I have, but it seems to have 4 seam marks on the bottle, and possible ring on the bottom potentially showing as an old bottle. Also has the letter V marked on the bottom. If possible, please let me know what era you think this bottle is from as well as maybe a value if possible..
