Historic Liquor Decanter
I have an old liquor decanter (see attached pictures). I'm basically interested in the origin of the imprinted emblems and the language on the bottom of the bottle.
The bottom of the decanter is clear glass, and an image did not pick up the language, but it reads, "Federal Law Forbids Sale or Re-Use Of This Bottle 63 58 D-379. In between the 58 and the letter D is what appears to be a circle with a capital "I" (I'm unsure, because this letter is longer than the others. Beneath the circle with capital "I" (?), is an upside down 7.
Can someone perhaps shed some light on what I have?
