Found in my Grandfather's basement

Hi I found this Smirnoff Vodka bottle and stand in my Grandfather's basement after he passed away. I always liked it, but I didn't know if it had any monetary value. Based on what I read it is post 1930s since it has the "not for resale" label and the seem goes from top to bottom. If anyone can tell me any more about it I would greatly appreciate it.

Yes, definitely mid 20th century. Not sure of value but it is great to have the stand with the bottle and pourer.
