Hmm...possibly wine but it is not a typical Bordeaux shape. Possibly some type of liquor, also possible medicinal.
Do you see any sign of a mold seam on this bottle?
If you could provide a clear photo of the neck/lip/mouth, that would help. I know it can be hard to do but a photo showing the surface of the body might help as well.
