This is an intriguing piece - the earliest example I have seen of a pre-mixed drink.
I tried and tried to find the patent referenced on the jar but came up only with this: link to Design Patent #47144
I am wondering if the patent # is entirely incorrect. However, I have found examples of patents that refer not only to the bottle shape but to the closure or other related aspects. It is frequently a research project.
It has a little value, would be more if it were in tip-top shape.
