Found a vintage battery jar, glass, with led still inside and metal lid w/ one electrode. Clear 6" x 2" jar.
Embossed: Wonder Cell Joyce bros.
Boston Mass. Cap 12000 MA. Volts 2 Charging rate 1/2 to 1 AMP


Would like to know age and value.

Your battery jar dates to the early 20th century.

To give you some kind of idea of value, here is a link to a somewhat similar example that sold on eBay:

If I am correct, the closure / top portion of the bottle has some damage or is missing a piece - this would affect value.
