Art Deco Wine Glasses?

My grandmother left us this set of wine and champagne glasses from the 1920s. I never knew much about them, or saw any set like them until I found these matching glasses at a flea market. Does anyone know the era, marker, value ... anything about this set?

    I'm not sure I would say Art Deco but definitely earlier 20th century. Easily could have been made here in the US since there were lots of glass manufacturers until the 1970s when globalization turned everything upside down.
