You will find a photo of a pinched waisted bottle such as this in the Van den Bossche book entitled "Antique Glass Bottles" The author attributes his example to Europe, mid 18th century.
My hunch is that these are also European but later as in late 19th century. They appear to be blown in the half post method (which results in a seam of glass on the shoulder)
They might be Dutch, they may very well be "Bohemian" (eastern European)
