I have had this bottle for many years. I was raised in High Springs, Fla. My stepfather told of washing bottles at this bottle works. Do you have any idea of age and value?
This is what bottle collectors call a "hutch soda" - bottles of this specific shape were fitted with a patented Hutchinson stopper.
Your bottle dates to the late 19th century - perhaps 1880s.
I have no idea about the value for this specific bottle - there are over 19,000 different hutch bottles known to exist and values are all over the place. One has to be a Florida bottle or hutch bottle specialist!
Someone on eBay has one for sale right now for $235 but it has not sold. That may be some indicator of value but not necessarily.
