I found a very rare bitters bottle I am considering putting up for auction. If anyone has any comments/ offers feel feel free to share

    Yes, this is indeed a rare and desirable bitters bottle. Not many are known to exist.

    It does appear to have a potstone with possible radiating "legs" or small cracks which, if true, does hurt the value some. Still a great bottle and seems otherwise to be in very fine shape.

    I would recommend putting it up to auction with one of the antique bottle auctioneers. See a list of them at http://bottleauctions.com
