Need help identifying this lead crystal decanter

We have a large variety of glassware my mum has collected throughout the years and after her passing my dad and I really want to sell a lot of it. Any help I can get on finding out the names and types of pieces we have would have greatly appreciated.

I am no expert on cut glass but can tell you this is an attractive and finely cut piece. Some of this work is signed - there may be a faint etching or other mark somewhere. Look it over carefully, magnifier glasses may help.
