Can anyone tell me what kind of bottle I have here or point me in the right direction. It's about 16" tall.

Hi Brian - thanks for posting. Bottles like this are known as figural bottles. Yours is probably French, may say "DEPOSE" on the base and is approximately 100 years old

They are collectible, have some value although they do not seem to command the prices they once did...
