Your third photo answers at least one question - the whiskey was distilled in 1950 and bottled in 1955, which corresponds nicely with the "55" marked on the base. One cannot always decipher the factory markings on the base of bottles but in this case it is pretty clear.
You might find a little value in this bottle - $5-10, perhaps more since it has perfect labels, but it falls short of being a "best of its class" since the label does not have any picture. The contents with seal intact would also ice the cake.
