Need help identifying an old brown spray bottle

Has Duraglass embossed on side at the bottom. Bottle is about 7 1/2 inches tall not counting the sprayer and about 2 3/4 inches across. Has two knobs at the neck for holding it. Writing on bottom appears to be 9 then a circle with a 1 in it then a 3. Below that is a 2.

My hunch is that this dates from the 1950s-70s but as to the actual product it contained, you would have to track down either a labeled example or find an advertisement for the product.

The mark on the base is for Owens-Illinois which is the glass manufacturer...
