Need help on identifying a clear crackle glass jug

I have a clear crackle glass jug with applied glass bumps. It does not have any tags or labels. I am also wondering if it is worth anything.

Thanks for posting the photos.
One does not see applied decorations like this every day. A decorated blob of applied glass like this is called a "prunt" You can read more about them here:

This is a modern piece -likely an example of a modern glass blower's wares..

any idea of what something like this could be worth?

There are two cases:
1. You find a signature/mark and you can trace this to a particular maker. That would allow you to trace what similar pieces are bringing.
2. The piece is unmarked or you cannot trace to someone specific. Here, it is like your other blue bottle that you posted...decorative value.
