It is a nursing bottle. Typically these are 6-8 inches tall, perhaps this is a child's toy

it is glass and was found in a fire pit that i got many old bottles from 4 feet in the ground while i was working on a sewer pipe that was put in in the mid 40's i just cant imagine it being a childs toy???? but thanks for the info
