my05tj what is it? its about1.75 tall and has a dog or goat in the glass i cant find anything on it and would appreciate any info

my05tj it is glass and was found in a fire pit that i got many old bottles from 4 feet in the ground while i was working on a sewer pipe that was put in in the mid 40's i just cant imagine it being a childs toy???? but thanks for the info
