Dig at the Former Boston Glass Manufactory - South Boston
Good Morning!
New to the forum and looking for a little guidance. I'm a former bottle collector and digger of bottles from various sites across the metro Boston area. I was able to have access to a construction site in Southie that happened to be the former site of the Boston Glass Manufactory circa early 1800's and was able to get a number of glass artifacts from their glass dump, about 25 lbs worth of mainly broken and reject items including a few broken inks, medicines, glass drops, stoppers pontils, pressed glass, etc... My question to you is this - is there a market for this sort of thing? I'm in the process of liquidating parts of my collection and wonder if this would have some value. I'll try to get some photos later today for reference.
Thanks in advance for your help,
Steve
