I have a Bottle with markings on the bottem that says B-9 & 13 SOME EMBLEM 15

I am posting a pic .I will never get rid of it ...I just want to know more about the bottle.The bottle says Federal law forbids sale or reuse of this bottle & looks like a tree etched in the glass...

    It held alcohol of some kind. Perhaps brandy or a liquor

    One might be able to trace the manufacturer of the container using the markings on the base. This would require a clear photo or rubbing of the marks.
