Black Green Bottle the Unknown

Please help me find out what this bottle is and where it came from. It is black but when light hits it the green comes out. It has no writing on it but on the bottom it has a 4 2 25 with a circle and triangle on it The bottom is concaved 2 inches and it has a cork in it.

I am not seeing the entire bottle but it sure appears to be a generic champagne bottle. This shape has not changed much in several hundred years.

Your comment about color is right on the money - dark olive green glass is often referred to as black glass.
