I have a small blue bottle I got at an estate sale and am wondering if it is real or a reproduction, and if it has much value.

Yes, I suspect the bottle is marked "Wheaton" on the base, but may not be.
This is a later 20th century reproduction of a similar 19th century bottle. If you provide the exact embossing on the bottle, it will likely help with further ID.
