I think this is hand blown,but this is my first time researching glass. Can't tell if pontil mark is from iron rod. Vase has a lot of small pitstones and I also would like to know what the green color is from.
The glass batch is very unusual indeed. Perhaps there is a signature on the base? It may be very faint.
As for the pontil mark, bottle collectors tend to describe the mark as an "iron pontil" if there is a actual metal film left on the glass. Here there is not.

These lines are inside the vase. Shined light inside so they could show up better. Thought they might help on how this was made.
Couldn't find any signature on base.
