ID Help GII-7 early American decanter? Blown colorless Keene, NH ? Three mold bottle Flint Glass

Would love some help with this beauty that I found last week. The bottle is barrel shape with a tooled spout ,ground on the inside of the neck for a stopper, the bottom has a ground pontil . Two thing's I found to be unusual about this piece the tooled spout and having a ground pontil. When I saw this bottle I had to have it. I'm thinking a New England glass house . Maybe Keene colorless a special order by a customer? Are they the only glass house with the Gll-7 mold? maybe Boston & Sandwich Glass Company .

The polished pontil first suggests Sandwich to me but it could also be English. (sorry I was thinking cut glass but on re-examination I realize this is blown...)

    What is the height?
