Drooping Ribbed pressed Glass Strange Pattern

I found this last Sunday and been trying to find out who made it. It has 3 seem lines and the bottom pattern is strange to me, glass has a little yellowing tint to it. Any ideas on this piece ?

Has something of an Art Deco feel to it. Perhaps BobB will have some info on it...
