Cut glass decanter possible ABP

I'm trying to find out if this is ABP, I have seen others similar though the bottom star burst pattern is smaller than the other ABP pieces I have seen. Is this ABP or something else ?

    This water carafe appears to be ABP as it seems to be deep cut in a pattern common in the U.S. It was duplicated by the American pressed glass factories between 1890 & 1915, in pressed glass this "pattern" being named Champion & produced by the McKee Glass Company. But most ABP is unmarked & tracking down which factory cut it is often futile unless you have access to many, many old cut glass company catalogues (which I do not). --BobB.
