Your bottle is probably a cologne or similar product. The circle-B mark may very well be Brockway Machine Bottle Co or Brockway Glass Co that was in Brockway, PA. Your drawing indicates an Owens machine ring around the base which is typical of earlier 20th century products.

How large is the opening at the top? I have found tonics and colognes to have narrow openings on the top. You can barely but a Q-tip in it making them difficult to clean.
