Hard to tell from photo if the lip finish is applied - this is possible but unusual. Nonetheless, it probably dates in the 1895-1910 range.
The base has an English feel to it. I guess the bottle might also be Canadian. Not sure of marks and will admit I am less familiar with English/Canadian bottles than US.
