found: small glass bottle with strange watermarks...

I found a bottle fishing.in Cibolo Creek in San Antonio TX and I have no idea what it could be. I've never seen this type of top on any bottle except a dencantur since it looks like it would be glass on glass. Only about 5" and has a 7, a strange symbol thay looks like a zero with a diamond (divided into two triangles) going thru it horizontally, and then another 7. Will post pictures when I find a way to do it from my phone. Any clues?

Yes, that is an unusual neck and lip for what is a modern bottle - I guess it was fitted with a cork or perhaps a press fitted stopper of some kind.

The marking on the base is Owens Illinois - age-wise this is not more than about 30 or so years as indicated by the stippling on the base
