Small clear bottle marked with ''33''

Hi, I have a small clear bottle about 3 inches tall, might hold about 4 ounces. It has a pattern, not sure how to describe it, "ribbed" maybe. The only marking is a ''33'' near the lip. There are two seams which travel from the top of the lip down to the bottom of the bottle. I found this at an old abandoned bourbon building.

I would like to know how old this is, what it was used for (if alcohol, why so old?) Also if it is worth any money. I also live in the U.S.

It is completely clear, there is just dirt on it.

I am fairly confident that this bottle was fitted with either an atomizer or some type of drip top to dispense cologne or perfume. The ring midway down the neck suggests that the fitting or cap extended down that far.

It is a machine made bottle which most likely dates from the second quarter of the 20th century.

Like many 20th century bottles, it needs something "extra" to give it some value - the original label or packaging, in this case the original stopper, etc.
