Hmmm - a long lost prop for the Lost in Space TV show? I can see it among the Styrofoam rocks and plastic flowers :-)
No seriously, it reminds me somewhat of a Porrón but it is missing the second neck.
My best guess is some sort of fancy liqueur bottle, but then again it is hand blown. It is modern so perhaps it is just a whimsical creation.
