Green Clicquot Club

I found this over the weekend and trying to determine the age. On the bottom it say Clicquot Club with a Trademark 2 and a 6-1209 (I think) along with a 5 52 (I think). Does this indicate 1952 or does the 6-1209 indicate the date?

The mark at the left in your second photo is that of Owens-Illinois, the manufacturer. You will need to consult this paper which goes through the various marks and their meanings.

The other markings are likely mold marks - we really do not know the meaning of most of them.
