Help with identifying and dating glass decanter please

I have a blown and etched glass decanter, maybe claret jug that I cannot identify nor generally date.

blown glass with bubbles, Pontil mark on bottom, etching on front and back of basket with flowers.

9” high x 5.5” wide x 3.5” depth

Interesting piece. One usually sees such wheel cut decoration on tumblers. It appears quite delicate so it's great to see it has survived undamaged after so many years.

I would date it in the range of late 18th to early 19th century, of European origin
