Hard to say about value - I would approach this first looking at similar mid 20th century beer bottles full with label to see if you can find some auction results. Look at closed auctions on ebay.
The bottle could very well have been made at Obear-Nester Glass Co. - the N in the square was their maker mark. The two numbers might be an indication of date but one cannot be certain (possibly 1952 or 1960)
