The mold marks on the base are not going to provide you with an exact date. This may be a product of Turner Bros Co which was in business from 1910 to 1929.
If the bottle is machine made (mold seam all the way to top edge of lip) you would expect the bottle to date in the second half of that age bracket. If the mold seam is not quite that high on the neck it suggests the earlier half. There is no exacting this... it is a guideline.
