There are three mold variants for this bottler:

Hutch sodas in general are late 19th century - the closure patent was 1879 - I presume but am not entirely sure that the stopper was used for as much as 20-30 years but I would presume was left behind fairly quickly for the crown top closure.
I think you will find that for common examples, a common price range is $10-40 (see eBay closed and sold listings) but prices can jump into the hundreds if not thousands for rare examples. It is hard to know exactly what any particular mold is worth since there is always the local collector wildcard, ie. are there a few people who ardently seek examples from western Massachusetts...
