Amber T.C.W.-CO. What is this? How old? What is it worth?

I have a amber colored small bottle with MILS and measurements down one side. The only other marker is on the bottom and it says:

T.C.W.-CO.

NO-SOLVIT

U.S.A.

I cant find this exact bottle anywhere online. If you need to see more pictures please let me know.

Appears to be earlier 20th century - I am not seeing a mold seam going all the way to the top of the lip?? Can you clarify this?

It goes to the top but stops right before the lip of the bottle and looks like the lip was attached separately.
