Unfortunately, these markings are entirely ambiguous. It occurs to me that we have some information on manufacturer's marks but what I have seen is for US companies. Bottles produced in other countries almost certainly have their own identifying marks.
My gut feeling is that this bottle is 1970s or 80s..possibly a bit older.
