Clear 1770 Bottle

Hello-

Can anyone provide information about a bottle I found? It is has 1770 G 77 printed on the bottom of the bottle.

Your bottle bears the "Box-O" mark of the Owens glass company. See https://sha.org/bottle/pdffiles/OwensIllinois2015.pdf

Later in this article there is a discussion of this specific mark dating this bottle to the 1920s.

Hi Jacque, I actually believe thats a "G" in the box marking, leading me to believe its Glenshaw glass co, though I have never seen a rounded "G" in a square before. Link below. I have also added a link to the date codes for Glenshaw.

However, according to this (https://sha.org/bottle/pdffiles/GlenshawGlass.pdf) the Glenshaw letter G is squared off.
